The Clanq referral programme is a simple way for you to earn amazing rewards by referring your friends, family, and colleagues to Clanq. When your referral opens an account, you get rewarded with 100 CHF.

How it works

Logging into your existing account: Use your credentials to log in to the app.

Slide to the right in the home app: Tap on “refer a friend” and follow the instructions.

Share your referral link: Share your QR code directly or send it via e-mail to someone who should try Clanq.

Get rewards: After your invited person has fulfilled all the conditions below, you both automatically receive 100 CHF in your safes.

Conditions for the invited person

Registered via your given referral QR code.

Owns at least 1 digital piggy bank.

Used the Clanq card 10 times on different occasions, for example purchasing at supermarket.

Active main account for 3 months.

No, the referral program is generally designed for new customers. You can invite people who have not previously signed up or used Clanq.

The invited person can see their status in the Clanq app under ‚Your Status‘. Here, it is visible how often the Clanq card has been used for payments and how much time has passed since the account was opened. After 3 months and 10 payments, 100 CHF will automatically be transferred to the digital piggy bank.
