The most important questions and answers on cashback
It is a bonus system that «rewards» customers for their purchases. You get part of the money you spend back every time you pay for something.
The standard cashback is 1 % on all transactions. You can get extra cashback from our partners. They themselves define the percentage for their transactions. The approximate average is 8 %.
No, this happens automatically as soon as you pay with your Clanq debit card. However, there are certain offers from our cashback partners that you must first activate in the app to receive the extra cashback.
Your cashback is collected in your safe and automatically transferred each month to your piggy bank, with which you can save for your son or daughter. If you have more than one child, your cashback will be divided equally between their piggy banks.
In your safe you can see how much cashback you have already collected and when the next transfer into your piggy bank is expected. Usually, this takes place at the beginning of the month.
