As a customer support agent, Iryna deals with our users’ financial questions daily. In addition to messages and posts via support chat, the help centre and social media, the linguistics graduate also enjoys sharing her knowledge about the Clanq app in blog articles.
Before joining the Clanq team, Iryna gained extensive experience as a Content Manager for a brochure app and as an au pair in Vienna. Today, she continues to expand her knowledge of finance, savings goals and how to handle money safely at Clanq. Her goal: to make financial topics as simple and accessible as possible for families.
